Photo Diary | Snow Storm Jonas

Monday, January 25, 2016
Y'ALL. Y'ALLLLLLLLL. THERE WAS A BLIZZARD AND I AM STILL ALIVE.

Enough with the all caps, Jonas was no joke. With over two feet of snow in a day the fact that I still have all my fingers and toes is a miracle. I may have looked like a total idiot running around in the snow being stupidly happy and in awe and wonder but snow is so damn pretty. The park was absolutely covered and I took full advantage by making a snowman and having a massive snowball fight. I know that the rest of winter is gonna suck, and this winter is probably going to be brutal and long, but at least my first experience with snow was one filled with overwhelming delight and happiness– and I'm fully aware of how cheesy that sounds but being in a blizzard is truly a beautiful thing.

Photo Diary: Christmas on 5th Avenue

Monday, December 21, 2015
It's the most wonderful time of the year! I'm already back home, but I had to make sure that I got the chance to walk down 5th avenue to see all the christmas lights and decorations! Decorating the house and seeing light and decorations everywhere is why I love this time of year so much and New York did not disappoint.

Photo Diary // Central Park in November

Thursday, December 3, 2015
Took a trip up to central park about a month ago to see it before the leaves all fell! If you ever try to plan a trip to NYC, I suggest that you make it during the fall time. The weather is great, and you get to see the city in all its autumnal beauty– but I may be a bit biased, the first time I ever came to the city was in the fall so this time holds some special memories.
